• If you used the electronic verification form, your supervisor may not have completed their portion. Employment verification cannot be processed until their submission is complete. Please follow up with your supervisor to ensure they complete the form.
• The email will come from wvColleges via AirSlate. If your supervisor does not see it in their inbox or spam folder, please use the fillable PDF form instead.
• Do NOT make a payment to ECSI if you are fulfilling your service obligation and receive a bill. Instead, contact our office at nursing@wvhepc.edu.

• You must submit employment verification for your former employer, including your end date.

  • Your job title
  • Your employment status (full-time/part-time)
  • Your employment start date
  • Your employment end date
  • Contact information for a supervisor at the organization

No. Pay stubs do not contain the required information for service obligation verification and often include personal identifying information (PII), which should not be sent via email.

• You will need to create an account with Heartland ECSI on their website to set up repayment.
• If you decide to repay your award, please email nursing@wvhepc.edu so we can stop sending monthly employment verification reminders.

To verify your employment, please get a letter from your travel agency that lists your employment sites, dates, positions, and time-statuses throughout the past year. Gaps of longer than a month between assignments will NOT count towards the service obligation requirements. Letters should be emailed to nursing@wvhepc.edu.
