How It Works

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis beginning July 1. Funding is limited and awards are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Awards

The award amount is determined by the institutional financial aid office and varies based on the cost of tuition and approved fees and the number of credits taken each term. Awards may be made for up to 21 credits of general education requirements or until the applicant has met the general education requirements, whichever comes first.

STAND Program funds must be used within six years of an initial award.
