Applicants who appear eligible and cannot register at least part time in degree-pursuant courses.

Promise Scholarship Credit Hour Requirement Appeal (Promise):

For current recipients who can be full time but will not meet the 15 or 30 credit-hour requirement in the year because of lack of degree-pursuant coursework availability.

Residency Appeals for State Financial Aid Eligibility (HEAPS, WVHEG, WV Invests):

For applicants who do not qualify for a program or programs because they do not meet the residency requirement but believe the determination is in error or residency should be based on the student’s status only.

Request to Utilize Second Chance Promise Renewal

For prior recipients of the scholarship in 2023-2024 or later who did not meet renewal the last academic year funds were received and would like to utilize Second Chance Promise Renewal one time to be considered for renewal after making up the deficiency.
